Valley Families Unite to host Working Families Winter Fest in Modesto

Modesto, California – On Saturday, December 16th, Valley Families Unite will host Working Families Winter Fest, an event where we and other community partners will discuss issues that impact working families in Congressional District 13.

Join us as we celebrate the holidays by discussing local issues that matter, and advocate for Congressman John Duarte not to raise costs on his constituents. As Congress heads into winter break, this is a great opportunity to be a part of an informative conversation and share insight on how Rep. Duarte could better service his community.

This free event aims to be a memorable experience for the residents of Modesto. Families can participate in an array of activities, including gift giveaways, free food, and a photo booth.

To ring in the holiday season, Valley Families Unite will also be giving away toys to the first 100 children of the community – items such as soccer balls to Lego sets, and more. Gifts will be distributed on a first-come basis after completing a photobooth post on social media.
