MEDIA ADVISORY: Educators, Parents, and Advocates Urge Congressman Calvert to Reject Education Budget Cuts

Lake Elsinore, California Valley Families Unite will join educators, parents and community advocates in the CA-41 district, to  call on Congressman Ken Calvert to do his part to avert a government shutdown without sacrificing critical funding to education, childcare and over programs working families rely on. 

Valley Families Unite will host a family bowling event, to talk with parents and teachers to learn more about their challenges, and experiences. VFU will also be giving away school supplies to teachers and students.
